"Outstanding experience with HotShot Hardscape and Pools for our backyard project. Upon first contact, we were immediately impressed with the speed of communication when Eric, the designer, reached out to discuss our project and vision. Initially, we were planning for a pool and having our backyard done up at our brand new house. Eric put together an incredible design, but we unfortunately had to pivot and move forward without the pools. We designed our backyard with a travertine patio, built-in fireplace, pergola, turf, putting green, retaining wall, irrigation, landscaping including lighting as well as a paver sidewalk and driveway extension. Once we were closed on our new house and had our financing secured, Mike, the project manager was quick to get out for a quick meet and greet and the project started right away. Each crew worked hard and diligently, ensuring quality work. Mike was attentive and stopped over multiple times each week to oversee the progression and ensure standards were met. Leah, from the office, was outstanding as well. She would reach out periodically with updates on timelines, city inspections, etc.. She was so wonderful. Also, the owner Vinny was great to work with and wanted to ensure we were happy with our project. Eric, Mike, Leah, and Vinny were all awesome! Would highly recommend HotShot for your project. Great people there that do great work. We are so happy to enjoy our new backyard for years to come!"

"Hotshot Hardscape and Pools did a backyard remodel for our family. They installed gas lines, fire pit, seating area, BBQ & griddle, table top, and grass. They were a pleasure to do business with! Great communication through out the job. Very fare price tag with no surprises. Once they began working crews were onsite everyday until the job was finished. All deadlines were met. We highly recommend hiring HotShot Hardscape and Pools. We love our new backyard!"

"I attached before & after pics. I wanted to do something with my backyard after living in my house for 5 years and barely using it. I began working from home and wanted extra space plus something pretty to look at during the day. Also the previous owner used indoor tile for outdoor so it was causing a trip hazard leading up to my front door. I was looking for a grill, shade, and replacing the rock with turf. I picked Hotshots Hardscape & Pools because I liked their work shown through pictures, he seemed nice & friendly, and I figured I couldn’t go wrong / get best advice on a grill setup without burning down my house. I know I’d be a smaller price client but Vinny was open to working with me on pricing and keeping the cost within the value of my property. I have no experience in designing a backyard so I was happy that I didn’t have to do that at all. When I did have to make a decision on colors, they gave me advice what would look good and it turned out amazing. I am a bit of a clinger onto keeping what’s already there so I’m really happy they demoed all of my yard and replaced it to make it look more beautiful than I ever could imagine. Ron helped me pick the tile, turf and pergola color. I’m so glad he suggested to take the samples outside in direct sunlight because I ended up with a different choice due to my light sensitivity. They demoed my yard, did stump grinding from my existing trees, overlaid the tile and extended it out, provided walkway steps, and a path to my front gate, laid out turf, installed a pergola, planted ficus and other plants, built a bbq and installed grill, painted fence, laid new rock, installed an irrigation system as mine was nonexistent, and fixed my front porch tile by extending it out so it slopes up instead of tripping on it. The crew was great. They wore identifying shirts so I didn’t have to worry about who was in my yard & always cleaned up at the end of the day working. Very easy to work with & even provided a quick response to my HOA before we began the work for the architectural changes (pergola above the fence line)."
